Nicardo Infotech was not planned as a company. It grew out of one person doing good WordPress work, and clients who kept coming back for more of it.
How we got here.
Our founder, Anuj Yadav, started out as a freelance WordPress developer, building sites for small businesses and fixing the ones other people had left half-finished. Every project was handled personally, from first email to launch day.
That only scales so far. Rather than take on less work or do it less carefully, the answer was to bring in people who were better at each part of the job.
A solo freelancer
One developer, one laptop, and a growing list of WordPress clients. Design, code, testing and support all handled by the same person.
The first hires
Referrals outpaced the hours available. A designer and a second developer joined, and the freelance practice became a small studio.
Maintenance becomes a service
Clients kept asking who would look after their site after launch. We built a dedicated care team so the answer was always us.

Ten specialists covering design, development, quality and ongoing care. Still focused on WordPress and nothing else.
